The news here in Kalifornia reported the most expensive gas in the country
was in San Francisco at $3.79 and the least expensive was in New Jersey at
$3.03. The difference is in the taxes each state charges per gallon. As
Frank goes west his cost will increase and as I go east from Kalifornia,
my cost should decrease, hypothetically of coarse.
