This was a discussion on the TR list.
Look at that picture - then notice the newspaper article the thrust washers
are sitting on. See - We ARE all the same TRs, MGs, or AHs. An LBCer is a
LBCer. :)

They are pictured with an OEM thrust washer for comparison. Greater area,
better material, but fits in the original location with no machining, and
can still be replaced from below with the crankshaft in place.
