I had an 02 2.5, the engine was definitely UK made.
Holden I believe. I loved that car, quick, handled like a Sprite, and
snow was never an issue as I thought I was stuck in an 18" snow bank but
the car just drove right out.
Now I have an S type, it's Ok but does not handle like the X
