[Spridgets] Master cylinder ID

I'm wondering if anyone can ID this Lockheed master cylinder. It is  
identical in appearance to the MGA /early Spridget tandem master  
cylinder, but the body is 1 inch longer than usual. It is a 7/8" bore  
and has the casting number 31448C. If someone can identify which cars  
these were used in, I'd like to hear from you.

I have a photo I can send offlist to anyone who wants to see it.
