William,
The Sebring 2 front is also quite rare in the UK. I've not seen
another - apart from the awesome Michele Tommassi 'Ashley Sprite' he raced at
the Goodwood Revival two years ago in the Fordwater Trophy. Take a look at
it on the www.Sebringsprite.com website.
It depends on the style and supplier
but the prices ranged from 350-500 pounds (700-1000 dollars). I'm also having
the moulded headlight covers made for an extra 60 pounds.
Good luck with your
build.
Paul

Sebring II
Daniel,
I bought my sprite last year which was supposed to have
an Ashley
front and hardtop. After some research it turned out that the front
was a W&P
Sebring 2 and the hardtop from Ashley. I located the company
(Fibresports)
that has the moulds which they bought from W&P many years ago.
I am having a
new lighterweight fibreglass front made and will be collecting
it next week.
They also have the moulds for the Sebring and Monza fronts.
A
picture of the
current front on my Sprite can be seen on the
www.Healeysport.org website at
http://www.healeysport.org/images/SHC%20Westmount%2007/HTML/paul.htm The
picture was taken when hillclimbing on Jersey.
Hope this helps
Paul

Hi
list,
I've just learned about another fibreglass
front that I think was
discussed
on the list some time ago. Apparently
Williams & Pritchard
produced
something called a Sebring II which looks like
the Ashley front
only with a
rectangular grill aperture.
Apologies if
everyone knew this
already - as far as I know it's not
documented in any
book.
The link should
go to the thread on the MG Cars bulletin Board
Regards
