You are confusing value with worth. To me, my 1972 RWA Midget is worth
$50,000 because that is what it would take to part me from it. Its value,
however, is more realistically around $5,000. This means that I will
cheerfully
drive my $21,000 VW GTi (that I would be happy to part with for $10,000)
in the salt and leave my RWA at home (or at Flounder's home, as happens to
be the case right now).
