Tim,
A little late here, but the round section oring goes at the
base of the kingpin, in the groove provided by the distended lower
bronze bushing. The square section ring is meant to go at the bottom
of the dust tube. In practice, you are better off to seal the dust
tube, top and bottom, with a spot of silicone sealant.
The corks are intended to be different inner diameters to
fit the 2 diameters of the fulcrum pin.
