The bolts that secure the cylinder/lock assembly are the kind that the
head breaks off of when tightened.  Get a Dremel with a little cutoff
wheel and cut a slot in the heads so you can use a flat screwdriver on
them.  Wear safety glasses as the little cutoff wheels are dangerous
at speed.
That, or jack the car up and put those little car dollies under the wheels.
