According to my Sigma Sport speedometer, it was a 
round trip of 2005 miles in 29 hours and 11 minutes of 
driving time at an average speed of 68.64 mph. Down 
on Friday and home on Sunday. Thank goodness it was 
a lovely top-down drive in the Midget rather than a boring 
drone in the GTi.
