[Spridgets] 1275 distributor to block interface widget.

Im putting together a 1275 and discover a minor yet critical missing part.
The distributor to block interface widget, thingymajiggybob.  This bushing
like structure bolts into the block and holds in the dizzy shaft while
providing a machine fit hole into which one would slide his (or hers)
distributor..
