I have one of those auto darkening helmet.
I don't like it, it cost me about $125 a couple years ago.
If you want it, I would be happy to see it get used.
It's just taking up space in the garage.
It might need new batterys by now. It is an automatic on/off setup so 
maybe the battery (s) are still good.
But it's yours if you want it.
