I've gone toB 3 or 5 watt ( can't recall which ) screw-in halogen bulbs in all
the gauges in my Mini, and at $3 a pop five years ago,B they're well worth the
price. I purchased mine from LBC Co.

Subject: [Spridgets] Hi Intensity Bulbs for Gauges
Anyone got a source for brighter bulbs for the instruments/gauges on a
Spridget.
t's either my eyes or it's just plain dim at night. I am pulling the cans and
ainting gloss white inside to help but instruments are almost unreadable at
ight. I tried Radio Shack but they don't sell a hi Intensity Screw Base Lamp
hat I can see. If they do it was the one they were out of. Anyone got a lead
on
ulbs? I recall seeing a listing for a halogen screw base type. Anyone tried
hese.
