NLBC HELP WANTED how do I switch to a daily digest

Hi guys
recently joined the list (yet another one) and need to reduce the number of
emails I am getting .
I believe that I can get the days emails to the list in a digest form, but I
cannot find how to do it .
 Anyone ?
