Personally, I haven't a clue.  I find that a mechanics rag or paper towel is 
just fine for a garage paint job.  The "checkbook boys" seemed to like one 
of the disposable "Swiffer" thingies.  People with 50 year-old cars buying 
disposable tools, go figure.
