The mounts may look OK, but still be NFG. When the rubber block rips through, it settles right back in place with gravity and looks to be undamaged. Put a rolling floor jack under the backplate/bellhousing edge and motor and jack up gently, watching to see if the trans raises more than a few millimeters relative to the tunnel floor. Its got to be the trans mounts. Glen  |
