No, not really.  In his case, he is a "Little English Car"phile.  Not to 
be cionfused with the inappropriate "LBC".  You see, especially since 
1997, it has been the Formerly Great Britain (Or DisUnited Kingdom).  
Since these vehicles were built in England, not Scotland, not Wales, not 
Northern Ireland, not the Empiah.  They are therefore properly  Little 
ENGLISH Cars!
