transporting a Sprite

Hi all-

I *think* its safe to pull my Sprite out of the previous owners garage
weather-wise here in Wisconsin and kick the German money pit out to the
driveway.

The distance is only 15 miles on roads that are posted at 45mph or lower.
Can I tow bar it or should I flatbed it?  Engine/trans are out already.  20
year old tires hold air.
