Yellow NJ Midget?

Hey...#2 son made me a birthday card with a photo of a guy with a yellow
rubber bumper Midget.

He wrote on it "You could be just like this other middle-aged, bearded,
bald man...(inside): Except his car works!"

So much for the sentiment, but who IS this guy????

Yellow Midget, Minator alloys, small fogs mounted low.  Looks like NJ
tag # MHT 24X..maybe not an "X".

The guy's wearing what looks like a blue Patagonia-style fleece zip-up.
Which one of you is it????
