Ha!!! They missed (at least) two.

The future Mrs. Bradford drove an RHD TD in "Eight is Enough".  
Brooklands Green as I recall. And the future Mr Dangerfeild's  
chickee's old boyfriend drove one in Rodney's College romp, "Back to  
School" (mighta been a TC, I do not recall).
