I guess that since you moved to Wisconsin, it made it economically
unfeasible to continue the program ;-)
Actually, someone with an ounce of sense looked at the numbers, realized
that all of the cars less than 10 years old have the OBDII capability,
that
this currently represents over 75% of vehicles and rising, thought about
how
much nicer it is to test OBDII as well as how much they were spending on
the
maintenance of the dynos, and made a rational decision. Makes sense to
me!
