The Medicare program is fine.
It's the unethical ripoffs that need to be watched, Paul. New York (Elliot
Spitzer-Atty Gen'l) has recovered literally millions of bucks in
overbilling/double billing over
the last few years.
The program really has to be very carefully
watched/monitored for scams.
