So Jag stole the throttle mess from the big Healey.
I never could imagine why the 3000 had such a complex mess for a 
throttle assembly when a cable could do the same thing.
Like a Spridget uses ONE cable to work 2 chokes, a Healey uses THREE 
cables to work 2 carbs. (not mine, I fixed that mess too)
