I don't think that is correct.  Midgets go as follows: Wiring to the
switch should be brown(hot not switched) in and blue out to hi/low
beam switch and two red/green wires to running lights and inst. panel
switch.

Maybe something was different in 78 for Bs but I think BL wiring is
pretty universal.
