Being a RB Midget guy, I'm not familiar with the front drum hubs. But if
the bugeye hubs don't have the four counterbored holes for attaching the
disk to (and I don't see why they would), you'll need to procure the
correct hubs.

Subject: Drum Brake Hubs
I just got an email from a friend I did not know that I had. He has a
Bugeye
and recently acquired a 1966 parts car. He would like to convert the
Bugeye
to disk brakes, but the parts car has wire wheels and he wants to retain
the
stock Bugeye disks. His question is whether the disk brake rotor will
bolt
up to Bugeye hubs and work or whether he needs to acquire disk-wheel
disk-brake hubs. Any good answers?
