Leaky left wheel

<rant>

It's doing it again. About every 8-10 months, whether I need
it or not, the rear-left wheel bearing seals start to leak a puddle
on the garage floor. I always replace the paper gasket and the
rubber O ring, but sure enough the rear-left wheel bearing seal
will leak again before a year is up. What am I doing wrong??
Y'all have  "preferred" procedure??
