Gauge Repairs

I am in need of repairs to a positive ground electric Tach. and a Speedo  for 
my bugeye.  I have seen some names thrown out by group members in the  past 
but have not kept them.  Any recommendations?
 
Also, what tire air pressure are folks running?  I have swapped in a  +.030, 
1275 into my bugeye.  Will mostly be doing spirited country road  driving.  I 
think I have heard 26 psi.?
