It is absolutely amazing what can be accomplished in a government office
when the employee speaks English as a native language!!! I took all of
the paperwork into the Department of Motor Vehicles and breezed right
through it all. Oh, it was time-consuming because it was not the normal
re-registration of a vehicle, but because the clerk read and understood
English, there was no real problem.
Now, to get the locked gas cap off, add some gas, and I will be happily
entering the Falcon Street roadcourse.
