I read about a program where law enforcement people sent letters to
wanted people telling them to come in and claim some funds that they
had coming.  The people had to bring proper ID.  When they showed up
and identified themselves they were arrested.  Pretty funny, if you
ask me, criminals with a sense of entitlement are.
