heat pipe removal

Anybody know where I can find replacement  bolts/screw to fill in the holes 
from my heat pipe removal.

I have been given the "hardware store advice". In that case, does anyone 
know the sizes off the top of their heads....

It's a 1275 74' Midget.

Also any brand advice on screw Loc-tite sealants.....
