OK,
On a related subject: If you can find a local club to sponsor the event,
then many of the insurance issues will already be covered. I'm not
suggesting that it be combined with an existing show. For example, our
local club already has some liability insurance (including directors and
officers), and a relationship with an insurer that has already worked
with us for the required coverage for an event. So it would seem that
you need to find some sprite owners that can persuade their club to host
the event.
Can someone please inform me (and others that are not in the know) what
the agenda has been for the past sprite gatherings?
