Had a modern serpentine fin core put in my 3000 by a local shop. It runs 
too cool now. Sitting in the 4th of July parade, it was running about 
180, on the road, it runs about 165-170. 195 is supposed to be where an 
engine is burning the fuel most efficiently. Might try a hotter t'stat.
