As far as I can tell, the Smart car is expensive ($27k), not
particularly fuel efficient for a 3 cylinder (45 mpg) and not yet rated
for the US without mods, although the manufacturer is supposed to be
looking more and more toward selling a model in the US. Give it a
couple of years to get the price down....
