Considering "step" of exhaust flow...ideally, you want to run the header
collector pipe WITHIN the tailpipe and not the other way 'round. Really "hairy"
(7K+) motors run
a 2" system....so 1.75" for milder states of tune seems right. It's what I'm
using now,
anyway!! :)
