You're right about the wiper blades too. They should rest in front of
the driver.
In any event I think this is a Mk II shell with a bugeye nose on it that
was assembled/cobbled together from a bunch of parts, hence the later
seats, wire wheels,.and odd knock-offs. Interesting wiring harness. Odd
that the seller installed a new stereo unit and didn't wire it.
The only thing that really puzzles me are the inner fenders. It looks
like they might have actually gone to the trouble to round over the lip
on each inner fender.
It will be interesting to see what this sells for. Maybe Frank will buy
it, straightten everything out and resells it. :-)
