fuel filter and air filter identification

Can someone please tell me an appropriate make and model for a weber carb air 
filter, and the inline fuel filter shown here?  Both of mine are 4+ years old 
and it must be past time.  I am hoping to go to the local autozone or similar, 
but I could go to Moss if necessary.
