For years there was a perfect half of an MGB (in BRG) in Antelope Wreckers in
Sacramento.  Absolutely perfect, rust free, and sawn down the center from
front to back from what appeared to be an unused heritage shell.  I figured it
was an insurance repair job where one side was ruined.  I've never seen a clip
from nose to tail before.  It would have made a cool decoration stuck to a
wall as a 3D MG mural.
