Hal The key code is stamped on the front of the ignition. FP 7?? Take that number to a lock smith and have him cut one. Ir push in the pins and (as the book says) slide off the knob. 40+ years of grit doesn't help but it will come off with some wiggling. The lock tumbler comes out sort of the same way.
