I'm a big advocate of using a blanking sleeve and blocking off the bypass outlets (use a late 1275 pump and there isn't even an outlet to block off. Yes, the engine always runs cool but I do it for max power, don't care about miles per gallon, and change the oil every year regardless of mileage (always low!). The engine runs cooler on the gauge and I'm happy. Daniel1312 |
