SU troubles

Well it appears my SU's are in bad shape I found one of the float bowls has
a broken screw but I don't think that's why she won't start today even with
starting fluid down the throats. I'm on my way to Pep Boys for an easy out
but I may just pull the whole thing out for a rebuild. I saw a few SU's on
ebay are they worth buying or should I just rebuild these? Or better yet
does anyone have a set they want to sell which are in running condition?
