what happened to Caribou tops?

Hi gang,

  After the Sprite has been sitting in garage idle for so much more 
time, I'm finally trying to finish her up. I need to buy a new 
convertible top and went to Caribou's web page as I seem to recall that 
others who purchased from them liked their canvas tops. The web page is 
up, but no price list, so I tried to call and their number has been 
disconnected. Anyone know if they're still in business?

  If they're not, can anyone recommend someone else to buy a top from?
