We've sorted through a bunch of problems with our "new" midget. After
finally getting the clutch hydraulics working right, we've discovered
that the throw-out bearing has disintegrated.
Assuming we do this ourselves -- would it be better to remove the engine
alone, or bring the transmission out with it? We could stand to pull the
transmission because of a short in the reverse light switch, but could
easily skip that party right now.
Also, I see there are two brands of clutch kits. Is the Borg and Beck
the better one?
Is there any advantage to the roller bearing throw-out over the graphite?
Thanks,
Dave Ambrose

Sure, "Scrum" is a weird name, but "Assault and Battery" was already taken.
