easy credit has replaced reasonably good
annual income. But even this is catching up
with us. Must be. You can now get "flexible"
mortgages wherein you can elect to pay
interest only......(pssst...this is NOT a good
thing).

And some credit card companies are about
to increase the minimum monthly payments
by no less than 100%. As I said...."catching up to us".

And most especially during times where
costs for basic power are increased 100%+
and fair-traded or otherwise controlled
(refining capacity) by monopolies and/or
cartels.
