Oh Cheese and Crackers.  If we locked up everyone over the age of 70  in 
rubber rooms they'd never get hurt either.  The VP could just as easily  
spilled 
hot coffee on someone, forgot to salt the ice on his porch, run over  someone's 
cat, or handed out spoiled candy at Halloween.
