Yeah, but it proves that there are stupid judges and stupid cops 
everywhere.  But it sounds as if justice will prevail afterall, and the 
bonehead will be seeking a new career.  Probably managing the bumper car 
concession in Brighton.  Other stories have indicated that his bosses, 
while publicly defending the idiot, were not at all thrilled by his 
embarassing behavior!
