Well....
besides a call to David Anton for ballpark
correct needle based on his experience with
the cam his firm produces along with your
engine spec., a chassis dyno is your best bet.
Alternatively, you can turn your own car into a chassis dyno for this purpose
by installation of a K&N Air/Fuel Ratio set-up
(APT is right across the complex from K&N).
Richness on acceleration is further controlled by rate of air valve travel. The
slower the rate, the richer the mix.
So you might go with a heavier oil in the
dashpot, along with a change to "red"
(air valve) springs and (fixed) "M", AH-1 or
even more rich AH-2 needles for starters.
