Well, that's unusual, not quite what I expected. Solvent pop is more like
hundreds of tiny little bubbles all over an area.
There is definitely some contamination pushing up through. What if you pop
one? Anything in there?
Nice looking car though. Show quality paint is tough to do, there are so many
things to go wrong.
Let it sit for a while to see if they stop coming up. Are you in a warm
climate? Put it in the sun and see what happens. You are looking at some
rework though, maybe a total re-paint.

Sorry to hear your new paint is blistering. Are the bubbles tiny little
pin-points all over or larger bubbles?
It could be "solvent pop" when the first layers of paint were not allowed
to flash off enough, or applied too thick, before subsequent coats, so when
the solvent works its way out it leaves pin holes in the top layers.
