For the "we cheap" way will only result in you ploishing a LOT.  Which of
course, is TIME!!

But then again, Frank being a "patient" now means he has LOTS of
"expendable, waste thereof".

Do it right or don't bother, IMVHO!!!

Off the top of my head I do not re-call which car you have.  The piece
across the top of the dash "may" be "covered" (and not with paint<G>)!!
