Well, F1 is a marvelously effective machine for concentrating strong personalities into a small space, that's for sure. Mark M "Analysing the fine print of last Sunday's event misses the point. This is part of the ongoing power struggle between the FIA, Max Mosley, Bernie Ecclestone, and Ferrari vs everyone else.
