Obviously I disagree. In your analogy, think of the bugeye bra as a very
small trailer ;=).
It protects the paint job in those situations where stone damage is possible
- everyday driving or the occasional dirt road that can't be avoided. But
then you remove the bra for a car show, club ride, or the sexy drive on the
Tail of the Dragon. Sorry for the mixed metaphor, but you get the idea.
Anyway, it's a mute point if the bras are no longer available.
