Okay, I've installed the cam, the oil pump, the front endplate and the camshaft retaining plate on my 1275 engine. My camshaft moves freely about 1/4" front and back (it seems to be constrained my the front retaining plate and the oil pump?). The spec for the endfloat is 0.003" to 0.007". Am I missing something obvious? Thanks! Kurtis Jones Russellville, Arkansas 1963 TR4 - CT19389L 1959 AH Bugeye - AN5L23250 www.geocities.com/tr4_1963 |
